1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using pkjl services (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any applicable fees and deductions for outstanding obligations. In such events, pkjl's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkjl regarding your use of the Platform.
